Three Cyliner Dryer Structure of Sand Dryer
Sand dryer alawys use three cylinder dryer.
The three cylinder dryer is to change the single cylinder body of the single cylinder dryer into three stacked cylinders to shorten the overall size of the dryer body.
When the machine is working, the material and the hot air flow enter the inner to outer cylinder in turn.
After the z-shaped reciprocating flow of the machine body, the heat energy is used to dry the material before being discharged.
The cylinder part of the dryer is composed of three coaxially horizontally placed inner, middle and outer cylinders, so that the section of the cylinder can be fully utilized.
The overall length of the barrel shape is about 30-35% of the equivalent single barrel.
Thereby greatly reducing the floor space and the building area of the plant.
The supporting device of the machine is to support the roller belt and the supporting roller on the outer cylinder, and the supporting roller is directly driven by the motor.
Through the friction between the supporting wheel and the tire belt, the cylinder body is rotated.
The overall structure of the machine is compact, reasonable and simple.
In order to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of wear parts, it is designed as an axial split type in the middle, and the connection is fixed with bolts.
