Application of Kaolin Rotary Kiln

Rotary kiln calcined kaolin is a widely used method for producing special kaolin products. It has 4 calcination temperature range:500～700℃、925℃、1000℃、1400℃.Calcined at different temperatures, the resulting product applications are different.Only elimination of hydroxyl group from calcined kaolin used as cable plastic and rubber sealing ring filler; by 1000 ℃ calcined kaolin can behalf of Tio2, as a paper filler;by 1300 ~ 1525 ℃ calcined kaolin refractory products used as fillers, optical glass crucible inner lining.
