Brief Introduction of Clay LECA Rotary Kiln
Rotary kiln is the key equipment in the LECA production. LECA (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate) as a new environmental protection material is widely used in the construction field.
The calcination temperature of ceramsite is 950℃～1050℃.
The main equipment for producing ceramsite mainly includes: granulator, screening machine, main kiln body, coal injection system, control cabinet, etc. Among them, the feeder at the lower part of the raw material silo, the kiln body speed and the amount of coal hogging are all stepless speed regulation, in order to adjust the process parameters, and obtain the maximum output under the premise of ensuring product quality.
Auxiliary equipment for the production of clay ceramsites: wheel mills, double-shaft mixers, granulators, screening machines, feeding belt conveyors, etc.
