Brief description of Zinc oxide rotary kiln process flow
The zinc furnace charge and coking coal are pulverized into particles smaller than 40 mesh, and the zinc furnace charge and coking coal are mixed and mixed in a ratio of 1:0.30 to 0.35 to obtain a mixture.
The mixture is made into a granular mixture with an effective diameter of 8-15 mm, and finally the granular mixture is put into a rotary kiln for smelting.
When zinc oxide ore or zinc-containing industrial slag with a zinc content of 15% to 25% is smelted to produce zinc oxide, coke or coal can be greatly saved.
Zinc oxide obtained by smelting has high productivity, good product quality and small nodules.
